It’s long been thought that the Spa holiday is very much associated with middle-aged, married couples or groups of women, looking to get away from it all and escape the stresses and strains of modern living. In the evening you can enjoy civilized dinner and drinks with your friends.

Upon your return you will be relaxed, rejuvenated and actually look better than you did when you went away. Your mates will be green with envy when they see you with clean, glowing, sun kissed skin and bundles of energy while they suffer with sunburn, tiredness, a sore liver, and the need to go out and buy a glut of skincare products! This year ditch the grotty hotel, cheap imitation vodka and rowdy stag parties for a truly relaxing holiday, choose a spa break!
