Location
Situated near the city of Porto the Vidago Palace Hotel is in one of Portugal’s idyllic locations, compromised with artistic beauty by influential architects José Pedro Lopes Vieira and Diogo Rosa Lã and neighbour to the captivating national park and spring fountains, it is truly a place of aesthetic wonder and tranquility. Design by acclaimed architect Álvaro Siza-Vieira, the Vidago Palace Thermal Spa has an ultra-modern structure with clean lines that contrast with the classic architecture of the hotel. The spa menu has been inspired by the therapeutic properties of Vidago mineral water with Vichy, Jet Blitz and Hydro massage options and beauty treatments in association with Clarins and Aromatherapy Associates.

THE JUNIOR SUITES
The Junior Suite category provides 6 unique rooms with two fronts breathtaking of the park and the mountain that surrounds the hotel. The main features of this typology highlights the fantastic double bed or two single beds, the magnificent bathroom with shower and separate classic bathtub and the inviting small living room where you can relax and read a good book.
THE SUITES
Vidago Palace offers 4 spacious, luxurious, poetic, inspiring and quiet suites. All in 3 different shades: green, taupe and navy. Located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the hotel, along the axis of the center wing, opposite to the fountain, these rooms all enjoyed superb views. Inspired by the theme of nature, the suites of the bedroom and reading room have wall paper (of Gournay) with full-scale floral motif. Classic rooms
They are located near the main stairs or the angles of the wings of the hotel, allowing them to receive enough natural light. Draped in various shade tones from the 1st to the 4th floor of the hotel, most of the rooms overlook the front and side of the park. Two bergères chairs form a nice seating area. Some rooms are located on the ground floor overlooking the SPA and the hill. Particularly spacious, all this rooms display a more contemporary decor not forgetting their furnished private terrace
Superior Rooms
Located on the 3rd floor of the hotel, all rooms overlook the magnificent mountain of the Vidago Palace Hotel and are extremely comfortable. All the bathrooms have a large bath and/or shower. The spacious rooms can accommodate two adults and an extra bed for a child. Available with Twin Beds or King Size.
Privilege Rooms
Located on floors 2, 3 and 4 of the hotel, these rooms are spacious and benefit from natural light from multiple windows. A chaise longue and two bergères chairs with footrests form a very comfortable living area. Very spacious, the bathroom is fitted with cement floor mosaics, a large bath-tube by the window and an ingenious system of fitted cabinets coated in mirrors with shower on one side and toilet area on the other.
