The BodyHoliday caters to individuals of all fitness levels and can design a programme around your health and fitness goals. You can start the day with a guided run, before choosing from our daily schedule of diverse fitness classes over twelve hours. Climb Gros Piton for more of a challenge; or take tennis lessons, a personal training session, or a workout in our spacious newly built gym with state-of-art equipment. We can help you to achieve your goal whether it is improved cardiovascular fitness, stamina, toning, fat loss or any other target.

The BodyHoliday Weight loss programme is designed to ensure you return home in the best shape possible - feeling and looking great! We offer three, five and seven day experiences:

Spa Program

A minimum of 3 DAYS
  • 1 x 50 mins - Lifestyle & Nutrition Consultation and Advice ‘Eating for Healthy Weight’
  • 1 x 60 mins -  Body Stats and Fitness Testing
  • 1 x 120 mins - Extreme Mountain Biking
  • 1 x 50 mins -  FrigiThalgo Cool Wrap
  • 2 x 60 mins - Personal Training for Maximum Fat Burning        
  • 1 x 50 mins - Sports Massage or Deep Tissue Massage        
  • 1 x Debrief, bodystats,  feedback & recommendations to take home 

A minimum of 5 DAYS

  • 1 x 50 mins - Lifestyle & Nutrition Consultation and Advice ‘Eating for Healthy Weight’
