"My friend and I were looking for a truly unique experience that enabled us to combine all of our favourite past times into one incredible experience. A difficult brief we thought! We had a budget and a request for great food and as keen fisherman and photographers a fabulous trip that allowed us to enjoy both! Sanctuary Spa Holidays handled all of the arrangements for us and came to us with an agenda and and itinerary that suited us perfectly. It combined a wonderful journey through Kerela taking in both the stunning backwaters and the dramatic coastlines. The trip was busy enough to feel that we had experienced this wonderful land thoroughly, but relaxed enough to enjoy it at our own pace. The food was great, the tour wonderfully and considerately planned and we look forward to our next trip with this great bespoke and tailored operation.

We were impressed by Jet Airways, much better than British Airways in our experience. The only bad experience was the transfer between Terminals at Mumbai in both directions: totally shambolic and disorganised. But that was outside your and Jet's control.

"Arrived back from st Lucia on Friday and wanted to drop you a note to say what a fantastic holiday I had. Le sport is fanatstic and so geared up for single travellers - I was a little worried about being on my own and do you know - I didn't have a spare second to myself and ate in company every night i was there.

The hotel was everything I wished for and exceeded my expectations.

"Just thought I would give you some feedback which you are welcome to share with other travellers. I loved Le Sport - such a relaxed atmosphere and very welcoming to singles (although I was with my sister, we mixed with lots of singles). We had a sea view room which had a fantastic view of pool, beach and beyond and could sit and watch the sun set every night.

The spa treatments were great and I really enjoyed taking both a Golf lesson and Sailing lesson - having done neither before. Classes were great - they must have been to make me get up at 7am to go to Tai Chi!!

Food was of excellent standard and such a good choice. The best all inclusive I've been to.

All in all - wonderful location, friendly staff, smart but not formal, good beach and facilities. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the resort - it was just a shame to come back home so soon. Next time 10 days!!"

"Hi. Our holiday was fab, KL hotel was excellent and we had a very nice time. 3 days was more than enough, I think I prefer Bangkok / Singapore as a city more than KL. We did the sights and walked a lot around the areas. Highlights were a dinner at Gulati House which is an amazing place. We did find some lovely places to eat at all the locations.

Langkawi was something else! If you want an endorsement of Four Seasons, we would both agree it was just fantastic. Service was faultless, facilities perfect and the pavilion room was delightful. Next time we go, we would rent a car as the resort is quite remote so to get into town takes 30+ minutes, although town was not much to see, we could have gone sightseeing elsewhere. The treatments at Four Seasons were wonderful especially the Shanti Shant Shanti which really chilled us out.

Shangrila was ok. Probably if we had been there first we would have been more excited by it. The place was lovely, just a bit too big, facilities were very nice and staff very helpful. Langkawi was our favourite though. We hired a car and drove out to the mountain where we spent the day doing the walks.

The excursions and treatments you organised were all very enjoyable.

All in all a really lovely break, great people and lots of relaxation.

The only grip is the travelling, Air Malaysia is a bit too cramped and the internal flights, transfers to the airport were much to early for local flights. We spent too much time in the airports waiting for the flight, when we could have gone at least an hour later. Travelling to Sabah we lost virtually the whole day.

The resort and the service were outstanding and I truly relaxed. I even stayed in one of the villas for two days (with my own pool). And was swimming with dolphins...
