The Jiva Spa at Taj Exotica blends the ancient Indian arts of massage with contemporary therapies. Jica spa offers the best in treatments from Indian aromatherapy massages, time honoured traditional treatments to body scrubs and wraps. Architecturally reminiscent of the famous temples of Kerala, Jiva spa is a truly holistic healing experience. The spa treatment area offers oil lamps, incense set in natural surroundings. Voices are kept low and all distractions are kept to a minimum so you can enjoy a relaxing experience without being in any way disturbed. As well as private gardens the Jiva spa also offers a bathing pool, couple suites and single rooms for men and women.
Jiva spa is managed by the Ayushman Ayurveda Trust. The trust is an important institute which offers qualified Ayurvedic doctors, skilled masseurs and Masseuses and therapies which will rejuvenate and hopefully increase longevity.
