Dining

There are no less than 10 restaurants and bars to choose from. The main buffet restaurant offers nightly theme nights and is situated in a Thai pavilion on the central lagoon pool. You can also sample authentic Japanese cuisine, with a sushi bar, teppanyaki tables and two private tatami rooms. Other options include the La Patong Pub, an Italian trattoria, sunset bar, Royal Thai cuisine, fresh seafood and succulent steaks plus beach barbeques and nightly live entertainment. You can also learn the secrets of Thai cuisine with the resort’s cooking school.

Location

Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort is on the west of Phuket, five minutes’ drive from Patong and 45 minutes from Phuket International Airport. The hotel runs a shuttle service runs from the hotel to the surrounding area. Patong itself is a lively town with plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities, while the island boasts 29 ornate temples, and it is well worth visiting some of them while on your Thai holiday. The coastline is studded with dramatic limestone scenery and idyllic beaches, and there is also fantastic diving in the clear tropical waters of the Andaman Sea.
