The Hotel also houses Les Thermes Marins des Cascades Spa, one of the largest and best equipped Thalassotherapy centres in the world, operated in cooperation with les Thermes Marins de Saint-Malo in France. Les Thermes Marins des Cascades Spa has been built as an integral part of La Résidence des Cascades, but also operates as a stand-alone unit servicing the entire Soma Bay community. A member of “The Leading Spas of the World” , it’s Thalassotherapy treatments are available either in the form of personalised packages extending over a number of days, or can be experienced as individual "à la carte" treatments.

The waters and sands surrounding Soma Bay are renowned for their richness and natural healing power and are the ideal basis for effective Thalassotherapy. Les Thermes Marins des Cascades is one of the largest Spas and Thalassotherapy centres in the region. Highlights of the facilities and treatments include a large seawater facility, the Aquatonic Pool which covers an area of 750 square meters, a variety of hydrotherapy treatments, including seaweed wraps and underwater massages, plus beauty and wellness treatments that include personalised fitness, weight and nutrition programmes as well as post natal recuperation regimes.

At the core of the Thalasso programme is the 750 m ² Aquatonic Pool. The seawater pool is sub-divided into a number of distinct zones with water jet currents and counter-currents, showers and bubbling baths, each designed to provide comfort and to regenerate and tone a specific part of the body. All the sections of the pool are designed to improve blood circulation, muscle tone and cardiovascular development. Other facilities include:
