The Beach Club offers chic beachfront dining while the Piano Piano champagne bar and restaurant fuses Caribbean and Mediterranean cuisine. The Bruschetta Deli serves daytime light snacks whilst the highlight of anyones trip is enjoying in-residence private dining.
Cotton Bay Village is on a safe swimming beach on St Lucia’s east coast. The island is one of the Caribbean’s most scenic, with unspoiled tracts of rainforest plus the iconic twin Piton peaks, which rise dramatically along the southern coast. St Lucia’s capital Castries is a lively stop for shopping and streetlife and the historic town of Soufriere with its nearby volcano is also highly recommended.
