THE SPA at Absolute Sanctuary offers a wide range of healing therapies and treatments to complement your detox or simply to pamper yourself. We offer a choice for treatments to be enjoyed either in our comfortable private treatment room or in our open-air sala amidst tranquil surroundings.

Detox Center:
Out detox center features 6 private treatment rooms. All featuring a colon hydrotherapy bed with separate toilet & basin. Opening hours: 07.00 am. to 06.00 pm. (last session at 05.00 pm.)
Spa Center:
Our spa center features 6indoor treatment rooms and an outdoor open-air thai sala area with 6 mattresses. Opening hours: 10.00 am. to 09.00 pm. (last session at 08.00 pm.)
Yoga Center:
Our yoga center comprises of 3 fully equipped yoga studios. Our 50 mat capacity jungle studio features a custom heating & ventilation system, our 25 mat pool & ocean studio offer views of our inifinty edge pool & stunning ocean and can be combined to a larger 50 mat studio. Locker facilities, towels, mats and props provided. Opening hours: 08.00 am. to 09.00 pm.
Yoga programs include:
Daily yoga classes including hot yoga, vinyasa, detox, yoga ashtanga, pranayama & meditation, hata and yin yoga, all conducted by an international team of certified yoga teachers. Extensive yoga workshops/trainings conducted by world-renowned teachers. For teachers, our fully-integrated and modern boutique resort located in the private serenity of a tropical oasis will serve as the perfect and ideal location for you to hold your yoga retreats/workshops.
Steam Room:
There is nothing better than a good sweat to detoxify yourself, and our steam room provides you a place where you can do just that. Opening hours: 08.00 am. to 09.00 pm. Seating capacity: 5
The Love Kitchen:
The spa cuisine restaurant specializes in healthful yet delicious cuisine, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner either in indoor or outdoor seating areas or in the comfort of your own room. The menu includes non-vegetarian as well as innovative vegetarian and seafood dishes. Opening hours: 06.30 am. to 09.30 pm. (last order at 09.00 pm.)
Seating capacity: 30 indoor and 16 outdoor.
Pool:
A beautiful 20 x 8 m infinity-edged swimming pool surrounded by a large sundeck, perfect for you to lie back & soak up the sun! Opening hours: 07.00 am. to 09.00 pm.
