Experiences are very personal; you create your own. The BodyHoliday subscribes to this principle and provides you with everything we think you could possibly need.

You see the great thing about your holiday is that it is yours. You decide what you want to do and when you want to do it. The BodyHoliday just provides the choice - from the treatments and therapies at The Wellbeing Centre, to the Coubaril Valley Tennis and Golf Academy, to the SCUBA diving, to the archery, the water-skiing, the windsurfing, yoga, Pilates, sailing, golf, fencing, volleyball... it's your choice.


Spa Program

Stress can be harmful to your health causing elevated blood pressure, heart disease, cancer and a number of other illnesses. The strain and pressure of daily life can very easily lead to stress. A good de-stressing programme can have tremendous benefits. The BodyHoliday's peaceful surroundings, plus a number of practices, including yoga, Indian Head Massage, Shirodhara and Tai Chi will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and revitalized. Give us your body for a week, and we'll give you back your mind. We offer three, five and seven day experiences:
