Spa, Meditation and Yoga in Goa Itinerary

• Day 1 - GOA

  • Arrive in Goa and check into the 5 star Leela Kempenski  Resort. You will be greeted by a special thirst quenching Goan non-alcoholic drink before heading to the spa for a therapeutic treatment.

    Overnight at Leela Kempenski Resort.

• Day 2 - GOA

  • Enjoy breakfast before setting off for a half-day trip through north Goa to visit some of the region’s most beautiful beaches. Return to the hotel for lunch and enjoy a boat cruise along the scenic Mandovi River in the evening, weather permitting.

• Day 3-7 - GOA

  • Enjoy meditation and yoga sessions in the morning, with ayurvedic treatments and massages in the afternoons from day three to day seven. Head out in the evening on day four for a guided village walk.

  • After breakfast drive to Goa Airport to connect to your onward flight.
