You’ll enjoy full-board at Kamalaya Koh Samui when joining in any program. Cooking methods are designed to enhance flavours as well as support vibrant health, so the fresh organic food is always baked, steamed, grilled, sautéed or stir fried. No pork or beef is used both to respect major religious traditions in Asia and to favour less fatty high protein meats. Detox cuisine features only low allergenic, low inflammatory, low glycaemic, vegetarian dishes. The Soma Restaurant provides special daily menus in addition to à la carte items include tantalising salads and raw food preparations as well as fresh fish, seafood, poultry and lamb. Amrita Café offers informal dining amidst lotus ponds adjacent the swimming pools while the Alchemy Tea Lounge serves appetisers, juices, herbal infusions and teas, wines, and elixirs based on Taoist and Thai herbal blends and a magnificent view of Kamalaya and the coastline.

Koh Samui is also known as 'the island of the coconuts,' and is the third largest Thai island after Phuket and Koh Chang.
