Tobago is an exotic paradise with captivating scenery, friendly islanders and picturesque beaches. The tropical climate is tempered by northeast trade winds. The dry season is from November to May, but it is hottest between June and October. The climate in Tobago is pleasant most of the year and although May, June and July can be wet at times, the differentiation between the wet and dry seasons is much less acute.
English is the official language in Tobago, though many speak a variety of dialects with Spanish, French, Hindi and African influences.

No compulsory vaccine needed for travellers coming from Europe, but we strongly advise you to get vaccinated against hepatitis A and B, Yellow fever recommended for most travellers visiting Trinidad, but not recommended for Tobago, Measles, mumps, rubella and Tetanus- diphtheria. These vaccines are already recommended in your own country. As health requirements change please consult with your GP or a specialist.
